The brief
A Web3 hackathon, wrapped in Indian craft
ETHGlobal brought its global builder community to New Delhi and wanted a venue that felt unmistakably Indian without losing the focus a hackathon demands — quiet zones to code, loud zones to celebrate, and wayfinding that a jet-lagged developer could read at 3am.
What we did
- Concept, design and fabrication of the arrival façade, main stage and craft-led wayfinding
- Zoning of hacking floors, mentor pods, judging rooms and a 24-hour lounge
- Production of LED, audio, rigging and power redundancy across the venue
- On-ground crew management, vendor coordination and live show-calling
- Speaker green rooms, hospitality desks and delegate registration flow
The outcome
A build that read as a celebration of Indian craft — block-print motifs, hand-painted panels, a decorated auto-rickshaw as a photo moment — layered over a hackathon floor that ran without a single technical stoppage.
