The brief
A national pavilion carved out of rock
A government pavilion has to do two jobs at once: satisfy protocol and actually hold a visitor's attention. The Ministry needed its critical-minerals story told to ministers, industry and the public in the same footprint.
What we did
- Pavilion architecture with a sculpted rock-face entry tunnel and mineral display bays
- Content walls covering Vande Metals, critical minerals and exploration policy
- Protocol management, VIP routing and dignitary walkthrough rehearsals
- Backlit graphics, AV integration, lighting design and daily upkeep
- Trained pavilion hosts and visitor flow management across show days
The outcome
A pavilion that stayed busy for the length of the show, with a dignitary walkthrough that ran to the minute and a build that survived full public footfall without a repaint.
