Expanding Horizons: a dealer conference at scale
Jaquar's partner network gathers once a year. The brief was a conference that could deliver dense product content in the morning and still feel like a celebration by night.
What we did
- 'Expanding Horizons' stage design, LED architecture and lighting plot
- Jaquar Lighting product showcase and immersive brand corridors
- Ballroom layout, delegate seating and session-by-session run of show
- Awards ceremony production, presenter rehearsals and AV cueing
- Evening entertainment production and artist management
The outcome
Two days of dense product content that held the room, closing on a live entertainment set that sent the network home talking about the brand rather than the agenda.
