Ascend is HCL Software's flagship customer moment. Keynotes, product demos and partner recognition, in front of an audience that notices when a slide stutters.
What we did
- Stage and LED design built around the Ascend identity
- Keynote production, presenter rehearsals and live demo failover planning
- Lighting, audio and camera package with redundancy on every critical path
- Session flow, breakout coordination and speaker management
- Recognition segment production and on-stage choreography
The outcome
Keynotes and live product demos ran clean end to end, and the recognition segment landed with the room rather than dragging it.
